  • Description

    HiGene™ Plasmid Mini Prep Kit (Ver. 2.0) is a upgraded kit for time-saving and convenient use. Isolation procedure has been reduced and simplified in two steps through application of alkaline lysis method and reduction of clearing time of lysate. HiGene™ Plasmid Mini Prep Kit (Ver. 2.0) is designed to isolate over 20㎍ high purity plasmids as a spin column type and it is suitable for isolation from low copy plasmid to large sized circular DNA such as fosmid and BAC clone. Isolated plasmid DNA is applicable for various molecular biological applications such as PCR, cloning, general sequencing and in vitro transcription. Included, Blue indicator, is a pH indicator which helps users visually check the pH changes during separation process for plasmids.
