  • Description

    HiGene™DualPrep DNA/RNA Mini Kit is designed to advantage for quick and efficient extraction from small amount of cell and tissue sample which makes it available to isolate high quality of genomic DNA and total RNA. The lysis buffer included in the product is optimized to enable the sample to be lysed in a short period of time.
    HiGene™DualPrep DNA/RNA Mini Kit uses advanced spin column technology that ensures reproducible results with user-friendly protocols and it doesn’t include any toxicity such as phenol and chloroform.

    Know-how for High yield 
    1. In case sample volume exceeds recommended volume, please increase the amount of buffers at the same rate as the increased sample amount.
    2.Prepare Washing Buffer (80% Ethanol) before use and make it fresh.
    3.Please remove EtOH completely thorough column centrifugation before using DNA Hydration Solution.
    4.Add DW to the enzyme dried and mix well. Store it at -20℃.
    5.Please use the product according to its expiration date.
    6.Do not perform vortexing strongly to avoid DNA degradation during cell lysis step.
    7.Elution efficiency can be increased when using DNA Hydration Solution after pre-heating at 50 °C
      for 10 minutes. (Especially, in case of large DNA fragment)
