Description

BioFACT™ 2X LAMP Master Mix(DNA&RNA) is designed within Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification(LAMP) method which makes it available to verify amplification of DNA/RNA by End Point Detection and Real-Time detection. The optimized time for amplification is at 65 ℃, 30 to 60 min. Not only DNA, but also RNA can be amplified using this kit.
