  • Description

    BioFACT™ Bst DNA Polymerase is a recombinant protein lacking the 5'→3' exo-nuclease activity of Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA Polymerase. The optimum conditions for the product are 65℃, 30 to 60 minutes, and it can be applied to Loop-Mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) PCR with isothermal amplification technology.

    • Relative activity 80~90% at 60℃, 65~75% at 55℃, 15~20% at 50℃
    • lacking 5´→3´ exonuclease activity
    • 5' →  3' exonuclease activity : No
    • 3' →  5' exonuclease activity (fidelity) : No
