    BioFACT™ gDNA Cleanup cDNA Synthesis Kit is designed to rapidly remove residual gDNA from extracted RNA samples prior to reverse transcription, enabling more accurate cDNA synthesis. The kit removes gDNA within 2 minutes using the gDNA Cleanup reagent, followed directly by 20 minutes of cDNA synthesis, providing a fast and efficient experimental workflow. The resulting cDNA minimizes gDNA interference and improves the reliability of gene expression analysis. It also can be used in a wide range of applications, including Real-Time PCR, NGS, and Mutation analysis.
