  • Description

    BioFACT™ RTase is a recombinant type of reverse transcriptase from M-MLV expressed in E. coli. It has greater first-strand cDNA yields than existing wild type of reverse transcriptase due to inhibition of RNA’s secondary structure by its thermostable characteristic at 50°C for activation. BioFACT™ RT Kit is composed of BioFACT™ RTase, DTT, RNase-free Water and optimized reaction buffer including dNTPs for convenience. BioFACT™ 2X RT Pre-Mix is supplied as a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated Pre-Mix which includes an optimized mixture of all the reagents (except primers and template) such as RTase, RNase inhibitor, DTT and dNTPs in a 0.2ml 8-strip tube.
