  • Description

    BioFACT™ Lamp Pfu DNA Polymerase is an upgraded version of existing Pfu DNA polymerase using mutagenesis to express the Pyrococcus furiosus DNA polymerase gene in E.coli. While retaining the features of BioFACT™ Pfu DNA Polymerase, the extension time is significantly reduced to 30 seconds per 1kb and the amplification rate is much better than that of Pfu DNA Polymerase. In addition, it enables the amplification of long PCR fragments of 20 kb (based on human gDNA). This enzyme also allows blunt cloning without an additional A-tailing process using the All in One™ PCR Cloning Kit.
