Description
BioFACT™ Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase from Thermus aquaticus that possesses 5' to 3' polymerase activity. It is the enzyme most widely used in various PCR-based techniques from routine PCR applications such as genotyping, RT-PCR for diagnosis and colony PCR to demanding PCR applications.
