Description
BioFACT™ OneStep Multi-Star qRT-PCR Kit (For Probe) is designed to perform one-step RT-qPCR in a single tube combining BioFACT™ RTase and BioFACT™ 2X Multi-Star Real-Time PCR Master Mix (for Probe). It is optimized PCR mixture for probe-based Real-Time PCR platforms using sequence-specific probe method and it is available for use on any Real-Time PCR instruments.
