  • Description

    BioFACT™ Real-Time PCR Series products possess similar wavelength with that for SYBR® Green I or EvaGreen™ and contain SFCgreen® which has feature of superior bright fluorescence & long half-life.
    BioFACT™ Real-Time PCR Series provides optimized system to various intercalating reagents for the users. BioFACT™ 2X Real-time PCR Kit using SFCgreen® I contains [H-Star Taq/ A-Star Taq] DNA polymerase with Hot Start PCR function, so that only target DNA is speci­fically amplifi­ed.
    BioFACT™ 2X Real-time PCR Kit is a pre-mixed form of [H-Star Taq/ A-Star Taq] DNA Polymerase, dNTP, Reaction buffer and SFCgreen® I, therefore it can be conveniently used by simply adding the primer and the template to perform qPCR rection. The use of passive reference dye differs depending on the model, so we have produced a variety of products suitable for many models to increase user convenience. In case of the ones which do not include intercalating dye, the user may choose to use other dye in their preference.
    Also, for pre-mixed products, it is available in three types: 0.1㎖ 8-strip Frosted Tube, White Tube, and Clear Tube, so it can be used in various models.
