  • Description

    BioFACT™ 2X Real-time PCR Kit using SFCgreen® I contains A-Star Taq DNA polymerase with hot start PCR function, so that only target DNA is specifically amplified.  BioFACT™ A-Star 2X Real-time PCR Kit is a pre-mixed type of A-Star Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTP, Reaction buffer and SFCgreen® I, so that it can be conveniently used by simply adding the primer and the template to perform qPCR reaction. The use of passive reference dye differs depending on the model, so we have produced a variety of products suitable for many models to increase user convenience.  Also, for pre-mixed products, it is available in three types: 0.1㎖ 8-strip Frosted Tube, White Tube, and Clear Tube, so it can be used in various models.
