Description

FastFACT™ 2X qRT-PCR Master Mix (For Probe) is designed to shorten the time so that One-step RT-qPCR step can be done in 40 minutes instead of over 2 hours when using standard qRT-PCR step. Enzyme and buffer of it is optimized for Fast qRT-PCR amplification by significantly reducing each PCR step (denaturation, annealing and extension time). Multiple probes can be detected through its Multiplex amplification technology.
