Description

LyoFACT™ Fast RT Pre-Mix is a lyophilized type designed to increase storage stability and it is supplied as a ready-to-use, which includes an optimized mixture of M-MLV (Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus) RTase mutant that appears to express high processivity, primers such as Oligo dT (dT18) or Random Oligo (dN9), and other components required for rapid reverse transcription reactions.
It can be used by simply adding template RNA & RNase free water only to minimize handling errors and increase user’s convenience. It also advantages to offer higher sensitivity as it can increase the amount of template.

• Minimized possibility of contamination: Individually distributed in 8-strip tube (Lyophilized Type)
• Synthesis primer: Oligo dT18, random primer (dN9), dT18/dN9 Plus
• High processivity: 37℃, 15mins.
• RNase H negative: Synthesis of long cDNA
