  • Description

    EcoRed™ Safe Loading Dye 제품은 fluorescent dye로써 안정적이고 민감한 핵산 염색 dye입니다. Agarose gel 전기 영동 시 toxic한 Ethidium Bromide (EtBr)를 대체하여 사용할 수 있는 제품으로 Non-mutagenic, Non-cytotoxic 하며 샘플과 함께 혼합하여 사용하여 별도의 염색과정이 필요하지 않습니다. EcoRed™ Safe Loading Dye 제품은 DNA/RNA와 강하게 결합하여 complex를 이루며, UV imaging을 통해 검출 가능합니다.
