    DaBead™ Genomic DNA Prep Kit 는 다양한 식물 샘플에서 DaBead™ Magnetic Bead를 이용하여 genomic DNA를 빠르고 간편하게 추출할 수 있는 키트 입니다. DaBead™ Magnetic Bead는 super paramagnetic nanoparticle 표면을 silica로 coating하여 핵산 정제용으로 개발된 제품을 이용하였습니다. 일반 Column type prep 방식과 step이 유사하여 미숙련자도 사용이 용이하며 원심 분리 단계를 최소화로 간편하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 1.5 ㎖ Magnetic Stand, 8well Magnetic pipettor, 자동핵산추출 장비, 96well / 48well Magnetic Press Pipettor를 이용하여 사용하실 수 있습니다.
