Description
BioFACT™ OneStep Multi-Star qRT-PCR Kit (for sequence specific probes)는 Thermostable BioFACT™ RTase와 hot start PCR 기능을 가진 H-Star Taq DNA polymerase를 enzyme mixture로 제조하여 하나의 PCR tube 내에서 Multi-Star qRT-PCR이 가능하도록 최적화 시킨 제품입니다. 본 제품은 sequence specific probe method에 적합한 제품으로 모든 Real-Time PCR machine에 사용이 가능합니다.
