    LyoFACT™ LAMP Pre-Mix(DNA&RNA)는 등온 증폭 (Isothermal Amplification)기술이 적용된 Loop-Mediated isothermal Amplification(LAMP) 제품으로, End Point Detection와 Real-Time detection 방식 모두 증폭 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다. 제품의 최적 조건은 65 ℃에서 30 ~ 60분이며, DNA와 RNA 모두 증폭 가능한 제품입니다. 동결건조 제품으로, 사용이 간편하고, 실험간 variation을 줄이며 오염 가능성을 최소화하였습니다. 물에 대한 용해도가 높아 vortexing 없이 사용이 가능하며 template와 Primer만을 첨가하여 사용합니다.
