    BioFACT™ 2X LAMP Master Mix(DNA&RNA)는 등온 증폭 (Isothermal Amplification)기술이 적용된 Loop-Mediated isothermal Amplification(LAMP) 제품으로, End Point Detection와 Real-Time detection 방식 모두 증폭 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다. 제품의 최적 조건은 65 ℃에서 30 ~ 60분이며, DNA와 RNA 모두 증폭 가능한 제품입니다.
