Isothermal Amplification Description (Bst DNA Polymerase)
등온증폭(isothermal Amplication)은 하나의 온도(65℃)에서 타겟을 다량으로 증폭하는 원리입니다.
BioFACT™ Bst DNA Polymerase는 Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA Polymerase의 5'→3' exo-nuclease activity가 결여된 재조합 단백질입니다.
제품의 최적 조건은 65℃, 30~60 분이며, 등온증폭(Isothermal Amplication) 기술이 적용된 Loop-Mediated isothermal Amplication(LAMP) PCR에 적용 가능한 제품 입니다.

• Synthesis primer : gene specic primer        • lacking 5´→3´ exonuclease activity
• Suitable for applications requiring thermophilic strand displacement
• optimization activity at 65℃                     • 5' → 3' exonuclease activity : No
• Relative activity 80~90% at 60℃, 65~75% at 55℃, 15~20% at 50℃     • 3' → 5' exonuclease activity (fidelity) : N
