PCR Cloning Service
바이오팩트에서 진행하는 PCR cloning service는 증폭된 PCR 산물의 정제과정을 거쳐 All in one cloning vector와 Ligation 후 Transformation을 거쳐 삽입된 PCR 산물의 염기서열 분석까지 진행해 드리는 서비스 입니다. All in one cloning vector는 A-tailing product와 Blunt end product 모두 cloning이 가능합니다.

샘플 준비 방법 및
의뢰 시 유의사항- PCR Product의 경우 정제 여부
- Insert size : 2 kb 미만
- Target 농도: 10 ng 이상의 PCR product
- 원하는 vector가 있을 경우 보내 주시거나 별도 가격 청구

보관 기간
- 결과 보고서 및 data : 결과 전송 후 6개월
- Sample 및 product : 결과 전송 후 2주일

실험 기간 및 결과 전송
- 실험기간 : 샘플 수령 후 working day 7일 이내 (샘플 개수 및 구조에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.)
- 실험 결과 보고서와 염기서열 분석 결과를 e-mail로 함께 보내 드립니다.
- Target 농도: 10 ng 이상의 PCR product
- 사전 요청 시 clone을 보내드립니다.
